

>> The "2019 State Competition for Housing in Bavaria" has been decided. At today's jury meeting, seven prizes were awarded from 56 entries. The award-winning projects exemplify how high-quality housing construction and the careful treatment of existing buildings go hand in hand. Five other projects received recognition. The focus of this year's state competition entitled "Lückenfüller - Besser Wohnen durch Wachstum nach innen" (Gap Filler - Better Living through Inward Growth) was on the successful densification of valuable urban space with high-quality housing. The Ministry of Construction will show how this can be achieved with an exhibition on 29 January 2020, where the works will be on display. (...) <<
